We want you to love your Rauw Alejandro official gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
